Own the end-to-end solution architecture for TPM, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise architecture standards
Design and configure scalable, future-proof solutions supporting: Trade promotions planning, budgeting and execution; Promotion performance, ROI analysis and advanced reporting/analytics
Define integration patterns, in collaboration with the Enterprise Architecture team, between TPM, ERP (e.g., SAP ECC / S/4HANA), and analytics platforms
Ensure architecture supports global, multi‑region, and evolving business requirements
Serve as technical lead for TPM implementations (e.g., Vistex, or similar platforms)
Define system landscape, logical and physical architectures, and integration patterns (real‑time vs. batch, APIs, middleware)
Guide system configuration, customization, data migration, testing strategy, and cutover planning
Partner with system integrators and external vendors, ensuring architectural integrity, quality, and adherence to standards
Provide architectural oversight through design reviews, build phases, and post‑go‑live optimization
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable designs
Influence cross‑functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Trade Marketing, IT) without direct authority
Communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible to business and executive audiences.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture, preferably within CPG or FMCG
Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) platforms (e.g., Vistex, or similar)
Strong TPM experience (e.g., Vistex, SAP TPM) with customer centric process design
Proven experience integrating TPM and ERP systems (SAP ECC / S/4HANA required)
Deep understanding of CPG trade processes: promotions, pricing, rebates, deductions, and accruals
Strong integration architecture knowledge (APIs, middleware, batch vs real-time)
Experience with data models, reporting, and analytics related to trade spend
Familiarity with SAP SD, FI, pricing, and order-to-cash processes is a strong asset
Ability to influence without authority and guide cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills — able to explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences
Experience working with vendors, SIs, and internal delivery teams.
