Bring proven experience in Sales or Account Management within an FMCG environment, including exposure to Own Label propositions.
Demonstrate a strong track record of leading and negotiating annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs), successfully identifying and landing new commercial opportunities.
Possess excellent communication skills, with a consistent ability to build effective relationships internally, cross‑functionally, and with senior customer stakeholders.
Show strong organisational capability, enabling effective prioritisation, planning, and execution across complex accounts.
Are highly analytical, able to translate data and insight into compelling, creative recommendations that drive both category and SDUK growth.
Exhibit a high level of commercial and business acumen, with a clear understanding of P&L management and value creation.
