Provide daily technical support by managing the HRIS ticket queue and assisting North American users with routine system inquiries and troubleshooting
Assist the People Systems Specialist in auditing current system configurations and documenting requirements for future scalability and improvements
Assist in the configuration and monitoring of Business Processes within HiBob to ensure HR workflows remain efficient and accurate.
Provide administrative support for key People cycles, including annual Compensation Reviews and Performance management, through data preparation and system audits.
Build and update standard reports and dashboards to provide leadership with accurate, timely People data.
Conduct end-to-end testing for system updates and biannual HiBob releases to verify data integrity and compliance before go-live.
Maintain up-to-date end-user guides and training materials to help employees and managers navigate HiBob effectively.
Requirements
1–3 years of hands-on experience in an HRIS/People Systems role, preferably as an Analyst.
Administrative experience with HiBob or a similar modern HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or UKG), including system configuration and reporting tools.
Proven ability to build and interpret complex reports to deliver data-driven insights.
A strong understanding of core HR concepts like HCM, Compensation, and Performance Management.
Exceptional accountability regarding data integrity and system configuration accuracy.
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
