Successful management of designated paid media accounts
Meet pacing and KPI requirements for held accounts
Work with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor to identify client goals, priorities and efficiency requirements.
Actively works to increase billing for existing accounts and propose opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts
Continually work to learn new strategies, test new platforms, and expand Cardinal’s Paid Media offerings.
Function as primary point of contact internally.
Responsible for pacing and performance of accounts.
Responsible for generating reporting, and contributing to performance insights with Supervisor for designated accounts.
Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of held accounts including but not limited to optimizations, structural updates, bidding methodologies, conversion types and copy revisions
Contribute strategic ideation on all accounts, designing and adjusting campaign strategies to meet each client’s business goals (and internal objectives)
Responsible for designing and deploying tests in accounts on a monthly and quarterly cadence (structural, targeting, creative & messaging, conversion, etc.)
Responsible for continual testing, verification, and improvement of full-funnel structures
Maintain flawless execution across all paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), ensuring accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and rigorous QA with zero revenue-impacting errors.
Operate with high ownership and autonomy, independently managing timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance without the need for reminders or constant oversight.
Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, proactively identifying growth opportunities, forming test hypotheses, and recommending data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals.
Maintain a client-first mindset, consistently incorporating client objectives, constraints, and brand nuances into executional and strategic decision-making.
Show calm, solutions-oriented problem solving, especially during performance volatility, technical issues, or major campaign pivots.
Ensure accurate budget pacing and adherence to planned spend, proactively flagging risks or opportunities before issues arise.
Own the upkeep and execution of client testing roadmaps, including project management of next steps and prioritization of experiments.
Deliver on-time launches and updates for all campaigns and key deliverables.
Autonomously prepare and present performance reports and recaps, using clear data storytelling to communicate insights and next steps.
Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem, including Power Circuit and nova Creative Affinity, to inform strategy, execution, and reporting.
Add value beyond execution by introducing new ideas, efficiencies, frameworks, or process improvements that enhance team operations or client outcomes.
Utilize AI technologies to improve efficiency, performance analysis, and operational workflows where applicable.
Requirements
1-2 years of digital marketing, and ≥6 months hands‑on Meta Ads; Agency experience a plus
1+ years of experience with Direct Response marketing specifically in Lead Gen, E-Commerce and B2B a plus
1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; additional platforms a plus (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc)
1+ years experience leading paid advertising strategy for direct response marketing efforts
1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other technical platforms a plus
1 year experience client facing and handling communications
Excellent Excel skills with clear understanding of advanced Excel features
Excellent data analytics skills
Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude with good organization, and time management skills
