About this role

Full creative responsibility for the graphic design of all social media campaign assets
Concepting, drafting, and designing multiple ad variations for social media campaigns
Continuous optimization through A/B testing and implementing the resulting adjustments
Active trend research across brands and competitors to keep your designs sharp and current
Presenting your creative ideas to clients, pitching concepts, and handling feedback constructively

You have hands-on experience designing for social media campaigns and know what makes them perform
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and/or After Effects; familiarity with interaction design and rapid prototyping
You work independently, manage your own deadlines, and thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
