Role Overview
Performs routine clerical duties in a Distribution Center
Phone/Reception management
Enter call in orders/hotshots (immediate orders)
Copying, laminating, and distributing
RS02 file maintenance
Coupon tracking and maintaining Track/Rank/Publish boards
Customer Accounts Receivable research
Sales Center Charge back and Customer mail check requests
Local Branch Deductions research
New Employee Orientation and On-Boarding
Payroll process and transmittal
Security door maintenance and programming
Phone system and voice mail maintenance
Coordinate employee/facility events
Update phone directory
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Some college preferred
2-5 years experience in automated office environment required
Minimum 1 year of finance related experience in an office environment required
Basic computer skills including Excel, Word and Powerpoint or related experience
Excellent phone etiquette
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
Accurate data entry
Strong organizational skills
Bi-lingual preferred
Can pass credit, criminal and drug screening
Must have flexible schedule
