Responsible for developing and executing Compensation and Benefits processes, including policies, vendor management, relationship, engagement and recognition programs, job descriptions, market benchmarking and strategy adjustments.
Respond to salary surveys by structuring MODEC’s compensation and benefits data as requested by specialized consultancy firms.
Update salary grids according to market surveys and the company’s strategy.
Advise and support compensation decisions in cases of hiring, retention, promotion and employee transfers.
Create and update strategies and benefits programs offered to employees.
Ensure the communication of partner offers and the activities of Relationship and Engagement programs in collaboration with the Communications department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Psychology or Economics.
Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits.
Previous experience in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas is a plus.
Advanced English. The position requires frequent use of the language.
