Elicit requirements and perform analysis and development independently or in collaboration with the team
Implement and maintain ETL processes, delivering business/solution-focused outputs with high quality and technical performance
Work with marketing platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)

Experience with marketing platforms (Salesforce MCE / Oracle Responsys / Insider) and CDPs (SF Data Cloud / Oracle Unity / mParticle)
Experience developing and maintaining data integration routines
Experience analyzing data from different sources, performing cleansing and deriving new insights
Programming languages: Strong SQL (essential) and proficiency in languages such as Python or Scala for automation and processing
Data architecture: Knowledge of data modeling (relational and non-relational/NoSQL) and understanding of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Lakehouses
ETL/ELT tools: Experience with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, dbt (data build tool), or Informatica
Cloud computing: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Quality and governance: Knowledge of governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK), LGPD/GDPR, and data cataloging tools
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
