Maintain, develop and validate adhesive dispensing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (process, equipment, and manufacturing engineers) to ensure smooth integration of automation into production
Lead equipment selection, installation, and commissioning of automation tools
Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials for automated systems
Monitor and optimize current processes for yield, throughput, and reliability
Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reduce defects
Create and maintain detailed documentation including process recipes, work instructions, and reports
Support new product introduction and technology transfer from R&D to production
Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven approaches (LEAN, Six Sigma, etc.)

Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree , Mechanical, Electrical, Physic Science, Chemical Engineering or related field, material Science
Experience with Pick & Place systems, Chemical or sticky tape
Knowledge of adhesive dispensing systems and material handling automation
Experience in process development and improvement using LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Excel)
New graduates with strong automation project experience are welcome
Fluency in English communication, both spoken and written
Good presentation skill in Thai, English language
Good computer skill MS office, auto cad, solid work, jump or other job-related software
