Senior Cost Accounting Manager

Role Overview

• Responsible for direct cost accounting and all appropriate sub elements at manufacturing locations
• Monitors, analysis and reports on inventory valuation, production, supply chain and various other costs
• Actively drives cost improvements and projects
• Provides productivity analysis
• Performs regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory count to correct inventory misstatements
• Recommends to management economic strategies, objectives, and policies for the organization
• Prepares budgets, forecasts, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification
• Compliance with Tax, Legal, BOI regulations, SOXs and Policy
• Leads or supports special projects as requested

Requirements

• Knowledge in accounting functions
• Bachelor and/or equivalent experience
• Computer skills
• Microsoft Office 365
• SAP
