You will be responsible for leading the Activation and Engagement stages of the customer journey, turning users' pains and needs into exceptional design solutions while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
Always staying close to customers by conducting research, understanding their pains and needs, creating outstanding user experiences, and using metrics and KPIs to make the best decisions.
Deeply understand activation and engagement metrics, their impact on customer acquisition and retention, and propose solutions to automate these journeys within the product.
Translate customers' pains and desires into product requirements aligned with business objectives.
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes (including Vibe Coding), and mockups that demonstrate the user experience flow at different project stages.
Develop user journey maps and analyze interaction flows to identify opportunities to improve the experience.
Understand the competitive landscape of our sector and help define strategies to create differentiators.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, experiments, and tests to formulate and validate hypotheses with users.
Use no-code tools to build MVPs and validate solutions rapidly before they are implemented by the technology team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, with experience in Product Management.
Experience working with UX, UI, and user research for digital products.
Strong skills in design tools such as Figma and similar applications.
Excellent analytical skills, with experience making data-driven decisions and understanding customers and their behaviors (segmentation).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to negotiate among stakeholders with different priorities.
Ability to document requirements and use-case scenarios.
Empathy to understand the impact of your actions and decisions on customers, the team, and Vobi.
Knowledge or experience with low-code/no-code tools (Loveable, Codex, Claude, Cursor, etc.) — plus.
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) — plus.
Knowledge or experience with SaaS metrics and SQL — plus.
