The Regional Campaign Director (RCD) serves as the lead strategist for advancing Planned Parenthood’s advocacy, electoral, and policy campaigns within an assigned multi-state region.
The RCD develops, adapts, and implements campaign strategies that advance sexual and reproductive healthcare and rights (SRHR), defend Planned Parenthood from legislative and political attacks, and build durable political power.
Works with our colleagues at local PP organizations to advance a shared agenda and run campaigns to achieve policy and advocacy goals.
The RCD develops and optimizes campaign plans in a portfolio of states, working across departments within national office leadership, to protect and expand access to sexual and reproductive health care.
As PPFA and PP Action Fund pursue a targeted campaign to defeat federal attacks on sexual and reproductive health and rights, the RCD coordinates joint responses with Planned Parenthood affiliates.
