Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Agile process and principles
Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Knowledge of automation tools and platforms
Familiarity with AI tools and their application to business processes (e.g., generative AI, machine learning applications, AI-powered analytics)
