About this role
Role Overview
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g. Python, Go, Bash)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, Ansible)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Implement service requests and changes, ensuring an appropriate response to user and customer needs
- Promote proactive incident and problem management within your scope and implement new measures/solutions to ensure improvements in operational stability
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network security
- Experience in enterprise or Managed Services environments
- Proven experience handling critical incidents in 24x7 environments
- Strong technical autonomy and ability to work independently
- Experience working in multi-client environments
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies, including: -Firewalls, 2FA, Anti-DDoS -VPN, Load Balancers -SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, Cloud Connect -Routing & Switching -EDR/XDR, Email Security
- Experience with leading vendors such as: -Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Check Point -F5, A10, Imperva, Radware, Allot -Netskope, Huawei
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
