Requirements
2-5+ years experience in paid media and digital advertising
A strong track record of maintaining and growing high-intent traffic through paid search, while identifying new opportunities within the channel
The ability to execute donor-sponsored campaigns on time, within budget, and consistently meet or exceed KPIs (views, traffic, leads)
Experience driving measurable eCommerce revenue and improving return on ad spend over time
Proven ability to deliver accurate weekly and monthly reporting, with clear performance insights and well-structured tracking (UTMs, conversion events, minimal data gaps)
Deep and continuously evolving expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
A structured approach to experimentation, including designing A/B tests with clear hypotheses and applying learnings to future strategy
The ability to operate independently, growing from guided execution to confident, self-directed campaign management
