Operate, administer, and maintain connectivity and data communication environments, ensuring availability, performance, and security;
Handle incidents, problems, service requests, and changes related to network infrastructure;
Perform configurations, modifications, and optimizations on network devices and services;
Carry out network asset administration activities, including analysis, support, and configuration of equipment and protocols;
Configure and monitor switches (core and access), routers, and other network assets;
Manage LAN, WAN, and wireless environments, including access points and controllers;
Implement and manage dynamic and static routing and their protocols;
Monitor circuits and perform preventive maintenance on network infrastructure;
Collaborate with vendors and carriers for support and incident resolution;
Define standards, parameters, and best practices for network infrastructure configuration;
Diagnose and resolve connectivity and network performance issues;
Participate in infrastructure projects, contributing technical specifications and driving environment improvements;
Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation;
Produce technical materials and disseminate best practices across teams;
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field
Experience in the specified specialty and as a Wireless Network Administrator
ITIL 4 Foundation training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours
Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher
Completion of SD-WAN Architect course
Official Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise (CCNP Enterprise) certification or higher, or an equivalent certification from other vendors, provided it demonstrates equivalent expertise in routing, switching, enterprise networks, and network security
Official Cisco Certified Network Professional Data Center (CCNP Data Center) certification or higher, or an equivalent certification from other vendors, provided it demonstrates equivalent expertise in data center network infrastructure technologies, including:
high-density switching
fabric networks
Ethernet fabrics
VXLAN-based networks
network segmentation
software-defined networking (SDN) for data centers
network automation
security policies
network virtualization
integration with hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
