Lead the strategy and vision for the ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM domains
Develop multi-year roadmaps for product capabilities
Collaborate with service owners and business stakeholders to understand pain points
Build strong relationships with business units, service teams, and IT stakeholders
Translate product strategies into prioritized backlogs
Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
Ensure ITOM and ITAM products are developed in compliance with ServiceNow platform standards
Requirements
7+ years of experience in product management
At least 3 years in managing ServiceNow-based solutions
Strong understanding of IT service management principles, particularly ITIL
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline (MBA or advanced technical degree preferred)
