Promote career opportunities within an organization
Work closely with engineering teams to build a strong candidate pipeline across a broad spectrum of roles (H/W Design, H/W Package, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, etc.) at various levels
Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies
Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates
Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates
Promote our employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques
Measure conversion rates of candidates
Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations
Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment.
Requirements
Must be Korean Bilingual
2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a tech environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment/talent sourcing
History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (eg LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.
Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
Experience working on technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
