Design and maintain our outbound engine — prospecting workflows, lead routing, sequencing cadences, and follow-up automation across our BDR team.
Collaborate to optimize our GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, n8n, enrichment tools, intent data) to ensure every tool is actively driving the pipeline.
Build automations that reduce manual sales and marketing effort so our team spends more time in high-quality conversations and less time on data entry.
Develop and continuously sharpen our ICP model for enterprise ESG buyers — using firmographic data, intent signals, public ESG commitments, sustainability reporting filings, and third-party enrichment to identify accounts primed to buy now.
Go beyond the known ICP: proactively research and model emerging buyer segments that veritree hasn’t yet penetrated.
Build scoring models that separate high-fit, high-urgency accounts from the noise — so our sales team spend zero time on the wrong target.
Run structured A/B tests on outbound messaging, sequencing, and targeting — including how we leverage veritree’s verified impact data as a differentiated hook in outreach.
Build feedback loops between BDRs, AEs, and leadership so winning experiments become standard practice fast.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales analytics, market intelligence, revenue operations, research, or GTM strategy roles.
Strong understanding of CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce) including workflow automation and pipeline architecture.
Hands-on experience with Clay and at least one major sales engagement platform (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent) — with demonstrated results.
Comfortable with light scripting or no-code automation (n8n, Zapier, or APIs) to connect systems when off-the-shelf integrations fall short.
Strong sense of urgency and adept at rapid iteration.
Able to think ahead and set up technology for the future.
Experience building personalization at scale using AI tooling — not just using the tools, but engineering the prompts and workflows around them.
Knowledge of sales cycles involving a VP or C-suite, sustainability, procurement, or brand partnerships buyer.
