Define and execute the EMEA strategy for Advanced Wound Care in close collaboration with global leadership, translating global priorities into regional growth plans
Lead portfolio strategy across EMEA, including positioning, value propositions, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management
Drive growth programs across the region, including market penetration initiatives, new product introductions, and external growth opportunities
Support EMEA P&L management , including resource allocation, investment prioritization, and budget ownership to maximize ROI
Partner with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain to enable strong execution and scalable growth
Lead and develop senior marketing and business leaders, fostering a high-performance, insight-driven culture
Act as a strategic advisor to the EMEA leadership team, providing clear recommendations on market trends, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
Proven senior commercial leader with extensive experience in marketing, portfolio, or business leadership within healthcare, medtech, or adjacent regulated industries
Strong track record of setting and executing regional strategies within a complex, matrixed, international environment
Deep expertise in portfolio management, pricing, and value-based positioning , ideally across multi-country EMEA markets
Demonstrated ability to drive growth through penetration strategies, new product launches, and cross-functional initiatives
Solid P&L acumen , including experience with budgeting, resource prioritization, and financial performance management
Experienced people leader with the ability to influence at executive level and develop high-performing teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Fluent English skills, additional languages are a plus.
