Role Overview
- Work across a variety of our departments including warehousing, health and safety, human resources, and continuous improvement
- Gain confidence, experience, and skills to lead and support a team
- Follow a bespoke training plan with support of a mentor
- Attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis working towards a fully funded degree
Requirements
- Approximately 112 UCAS points (equivalent to BBC grades at A level)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambition and a genuine desire to learn and grow
- Adaptable approach with flexibility to work across multiple departments and shift patterns
