Role Overview
- Lead and manage designers in South East Asia and the UK across e-commerce and subscriptions
- Partner with engineering, product management, and marketing to enhance design and experience
- Produce impactful designs for strategic initiatives in e-commerce and subscriptions
- Manage and motivate designers to deliver outstanding work
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to engage stakeholders
- Communicate progress and product rationale to key partners including C-suite executives
- Grow and mentor design reports to help shape their career paths and design thinking
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating significant team and personal accomplishments
- Experience leading teams to deliver launched products collaboratively
- Ability to focus on details and overarching strategic vision
- Understanding of technologies for digital product experiences
- Experience in agile working and familiarity with accessibility and usability fundamentals
- Responsive design experience across multiple screens and devices
- Proficiency in prototyping and design tools like Miro, Figma, or Protopie
- Experience working with subscription business models
- Experience managing and leading a small team of product designers
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
