Support the design and coordination of cutting-edge data center projects across the U.S.
Provide services as an independent, self-employed professional under a formal independent contractor agreement
Design and coordinate ICT systems, including structured cabling, telecommunications infrastructure, security systems, access control, video surveillance, and other low-voltage systems critical to data center operations
Prepare technical documentation, perform engineering calculations, develop system layouts, and ensure design accuracy using BIM and ICT engineering tools
Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and BIM teams in a multidisciplinary environment
Contribute to the full project lifecycle from schematic design through construction documentation and coordination.
Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, telecommunications, IT, or a related field
Proven expertise as an ICT / telecommunications / low-voltage systems engineer
Written and spoken English B1 and higher
Experience in ICT design including structured cabling systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and security systems
Experience designing low-voltage systems for industrial, commercial, or mission-critical facilities
Experience using BIM modeling tools and design software
Hands-on experience using Autodesk Revit – is a must
Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
Understanding of telecommunications standards and low-voltage system codes
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task and prioritize while meeting project deadlines
Self-starters that are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
