Provide best in class service and build long lasting relationships with high net-worth clients
Educate clients on trading policies and procedures
Handle inbound trade execution requests and maintain accuracy
Ensure all orders are processed per instructions and CIRO regulations
Manage client complaints aiming for first call resolution
Maintain a book of 200+ households and prospect for referrals
Achieve sales targets as per annual scorecard
Collaborate effectively with teammates within the Contact Centre

Current accreditation and good standing of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Current accreditation and good standing of Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH)
Current accreditation of Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) course or CIRO Derivatives Exam
3-4 years of relevant experience in Sales and Relationship Management
Working knowledge of the Canadian and U.S. stock and bond markets
Multi-lingual abilities (Fluent English required; French, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese fluency desirable)
