Role Overview
- Support the Human Resources department in implementing its projects and daily activities
- Manage HR projects and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency
- Participate in the implementation of the Workforce Planning and Career Path Management policy (GEPP)
- Contribute to the development and deployment of the skills development and multi-skilling plan
- Lead the recruitment campaign for interns and apprentices and coordinate the group’s activities
- Assist in formalizing and deploying HR processes and standards
- Support the deployment of Amcor’s continuous improvement approach (O+)
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (Bac +5) at a business school, IAE, university, or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources
- Organized and results-oriented
- Strong analytical skills and good ability to synthesize information
- Hands-on orientation and interest in the industrial sector
