Develop strong industry relationships internally and externally, representing the Colliers project management brand
Establish a pathway to project success based on key performance indexes defined by stakeholders
Work on high rise structural concrete restoration projects
Oversee development of the Project Roadmap, leading the team from initial project concept through final punch-list and close-out
Create the schedule/budget and “red flag” any possible deviations, resolving issues as they arise
Carve out a key role in developing a local project management presence

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years in Design/Construction/Project Management related field
Experience in projects requiring Milestone certifications
Experience working on projects that require waterproofing
Extensive knowledge of design process, construction and project management
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and industry specific software (Bluebeam, CAD, or Revit)
Ability to read and understand architectural plans and technical specifications
Ability to lead and direct a variety of vendors, providing critical thinking for problem solving
Experience in directing and maintaining team spirit
Familiar with business development strategies and harboring industry relationships
