About this role
Role Overview
You are responsible for building, further developing, and operationally managing lead management in client projects across the entire customer journey.
You develop lead strategies, scoring models, and nurturing workflows that measurably contribute to pipeline and revenue.
Together with Sales, you define MQL/SQL criteria, establish SLAs for lead handover, and facilitate regular alignment sessions between Marketing and Sales.
You identify weaknesses in the funnel, independently initiate optimization measures, and measure their impact on conversion rates and pipeline growth.
You manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM processes and bring tooling best practices.
You develop data-driven segmentation and personalization approaches to continuously improve engagement across the customer journey.
You evaluate and implement AI-supported approaches, e.g., for predictive scoring, automated segmentation, or personalized nurturing content.
You create meaningful reports and insights for a variety of stakeholders.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Several years of experience in lead management, marketing automation, CRM, or performance marketing.
Solid hands-on experience with at least one common marketing automation/CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive concrete actions from data.
Experience working at the marketing-sales interface.
Structured, self-directed working style and a passion for not only managing processes but improving them.
Curiosity about AI developments and a drive to continually question and improve workflows through automation and intelligent tools.
