You confidently manage large and smaller digital projects from briefing through to delivery.
Whether new websites, portals, apps, microsites or other platforms — you take responsibility to ensure these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
You manage functionally and technically complex projects and, through your expertise, contribute the Customer Experience/User Experience perspective to the project.
You act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage the project both externally and internally.
You work closely with your interdisciplinary team and coordinate with colleagues across teams and locations.
You are responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and the project team for the projects entrusted to you.
Additionally, you may facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, and daily stand-ups.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in a digital agency as a Digital Project Manager, Product Owner, or Scrum Master.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
A good sense for the appropriate project setup, whether waterfall or agile.
Strong communication skills that enable you to advise colleagues from non-technical backgrounds and clients.
Solution-oriented, structured thinking and working style, with a pragmatic approach and an agile mindset.
