Support customer integrations and onboarding processes
Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
Maintain, improve, and test business systems including Finxact (core banking), Savana (payments), Prelim (account opening) and Alloy (compliance/KYC)
Write detailed product requirements and technical specifications to accelerate development
Document processes and workflows for regulatory requirements, internal audit, and team knowledge sharing
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and compliance teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements
Requirements
5-7 years of experience in product analysis, business system admin/analysis, or related roles in technology or financial services
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, detailed requirements documentation
Technical aptitude and comfort working with software systems, APIs, and databases
Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services strongly preferred
Business acumen and analytical thinking to understand both technical and business requirements
Creativity and problem-solving ability to identify process improvements
