Develop and evolve mobile, backend and web applications;
Design and implement scalable, secure architectures;
Ensure best practices for version control, testing and code quality;
Develop advanced features, including AI solutions, e-learning, high‑precision geolocation, monitoring of physiological biomarkers, speech/voice recognition with semantic context, and biometric systems;
Support the team's strategic technical decisions;
Collaborate with product and management teams to define the technology roadmap;
Contribute to execution speed, coordination of workstreams, quality control and tracking of deliveries;

Advanced experience in mobile development with React Native, Expo, Kotlin and/or Swift;
Proficiency in integrating with REST APIs and real-time messaging (MQTT, Firebase);
Experience with Xcode;
Backend experience with Laravel and/or Django/FastAPI;
Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data modeling best practices;
Solid experience with Docker and cloud environments;
Experience with logs and metrics monitoring;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Intermediate to advanced English.
