About this role
Role Overview
- Provide 24x7 support for global security infrastructure
- Handle P1/P2 incidents, perform troubleshooting, and drive root cause analysis
- Manage and support Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls
- Configure and optimize Firewall policies, NAT, VPN
- Support and manage SD-WAN environments
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation
- Collaborate with network, server, and security teams
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in networking, enterprise routing, network security
- Strong hands-on expertise in Fortinet (FortiGate) and Palo Alto firewalls
- Knowledge of ITIL disciplines
- Certification: Fortinet NSE4/NSE5/NSE6; Palo Alto PCNSE / ACE; Any SASE / SD-WAN certifications
- Awareness or hands-on with Forti SASE / Prisma Access / Global Protect
