Industrial Field Service Technician

Role Overview

• Provide technical support in the form of troubleshooting on site or via phone
• Perform installation, startup, and commissioning of various products
• Oversee and support third-party installers during customers' installations
• Test and troubleshoot system functions and train customers in operation and maintenance
• Coordinate service schedule with customers at various locations
• Create detailed reports for installations and technical support issues

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate of Completion from a technical or trade school
• Industrial maintenance/electrical experience and background preferred
• Fork truck or telehandler maintenance or troubleshooting experience
• Basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong time management skills and organization skills
• Safety-minded (safety must be a priority)
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Quality minded, resourceful, and dependable
