About this role
Role Overview
Conduct active (outbound) prospecting and identify new business opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery/diagnosis, proposal, and closing
Work strategically on building pipeline and revenue predictability
Deeply understand customers' pain points and align them with the offered solution
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to optimize results
Operate autonomously in an early-stage startup environment
Requirements
4+ years of experience in complex sales, preferably with digital products or technology
Previous experience in early-stage startups
Strong track record in active prospecting and closing deals
Ability to execute and get things done in lean, resource-constrained environments
Experience with B2B sales
Resilient, organized, and goal-oriented profile
