Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Life Scheme Underwriting and Pricing frameworks across Zurich’s life businesses
Carry out expert review and give guidance on complex cases, providing high quality, value creating underwriting input
Contribute to the evolution of pricing tools, underwriting practices, and the use of analytics to improve consistency and outcomes across markets
Strengthen local underwriting capabilities through targeted training, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing
Perform technical underwriting and portfolio reviews, identifying emerging risks and recommending actionable improvements

Solid experience (5+ years) in group pricing and/or scheme underwriting within life, disability and health insurance or reinsurance
Strong background in data and analytics with proven ability to translate technical insights into clear underwriting recommendations
Experience working across markets and cultures in an international environment
Deep understanding of group protection products and scheme underwriting principles
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
