Role Overview
- Perform financial analysis for assigned programs with monthly reporting
- Prepare budgets, rolling forecasts, financial reports, and variance explanations
- Monitor program adherence to approved budgets and provide revenue & margin analysis
- Develop and present explanations for month end results requiring variance analysis
- Implement monthly reporting and analysis of programs, including P&L review with program leadership
- Conduct profitability analysis of ongoing programs
- Partner with Program Accountant for respective programs
- Understand Agreement amendments/modifications for customer support, financial analysis
- Recommend actions to Program leadership through analyzing and interpreting data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- One year of financial operations/analysis or accounting experience, preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Oracle
- Ability to build customer relationships
- Attention to detail
- Financial acumen and problem-solving abilities
- Professionalism and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead team projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills
