Design and own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
Define and maintain the data model, CMDB structure, CSDM alignment, and overall application architecture
Translate business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions across domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or custom applications
Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Servers, and event-based patterns
Act as the go-to technical authority for ServiceNow within the organization — guiding teams, reviewing designs, and setting the bar for quality
Influence platform roadmaps, investment decisions, and adoption strategy based on business priorities and platform evolution

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field — mandatory
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development
Certified in the ServiceNow Application Architect stream (CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS — ITSM, CSM, HR, SecOps, ITOM, or equivalent)
ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification is a plus
