About this role
Role Overview
Lead a team of 4 to 6 SDRs, promoting continuous development and a focus on high performance
Ensure the efficiency of the outbound operation, from MQL lead through qualification and meeting scheduling
Monitor critical KPIs such as conversion rates and response time
Review cadence flows and propose data-driven improvements
Conduct call reviews, provide feedback, run trainings and roleplays with the team
Work strategically with Marketing and Sales to optimize the qualification funnel
Propose improvements to commercial processes and workflows
Ensure the onboarding and integration of new SDRs
Requirements
Solid experience leading SDR or sales teams
Hands-on experience leading teams in B2B outbound operations
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Knowledge of CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
Bachelor's degree completed
