Drive the business development strategy and growth efforts for PSS across the UK and Ireland.
Work closely with PSS Leadership to understand priorities and set ambitious yet achievable annual targets.
Identify, pursue, and win new PSS opportunities, developing key accounts through analysing client organisations and uncovering their service requirements.
Assess client needs and design tailored service solutions, collaborating with PSS Leadership to create proposals and present to clients.
Monitor customer satisfaction for existing clients and undertake additional duties as required to support successful service delivery.
Requirements
Degree (or equivalent experience) in a life sciences discipline, or relevant vocational training and business expertise.
Proven business development success at senior levels within the target industry, ideally with experience in Pharma Insourcing.
Strong communication, presentation, and team player skills.
Expert knowledge of product commercialisation, manufacturing, supply chain processes, and associated testing and service needs within clients’ markets.
Ability to manage key commercial and contractual processes (CDAs, MSAs, pricing agreements), supporting negotiations and resolving commercial issues with senior oversight.
Confident operation within GxP environments, ensuring all activities meet regulatory expectations.
