About this role
Role Overview
- Conduct accredited BRCGS Food Safety audits across the UK and Europe.
- Prepare clear, accurate audit reports and review corrective action plans within required timelines.
- Perform technical reviews of audit reports in accordance with BRCGS standards.
- Undertake regular travel with overnight stays.
- Maintain auditor competence through required training and development.
- Participate in quarterly calibration meetings and contribute technical insights.
- Represent Eurofins and BRCGS professionally at all times.
- Provide technical support to the Eurofins Assurance Global Compliance Team as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience post‑graduation in a food safety–focused role.
- Recognised Lead Auditor training meeting scheme requirements.
- HACCP Level 3 (minimum).
- Completed training in relevant BRCGS Standards.
- Experience across multiple product categories.
- Strong communication, organisational, and ethical standards.
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and database systems.
