About this role
Role Overview
You’ll own and grow a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise accounts, acting as both a strategic advisor and a commercial driver.
Develop deep, trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.
Expand your network within accounts to uncover new opportunities across business units.
Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software and advisory services.
Lead complex deal cycles from opportunity creation through negotiation and close.
Align Stibo Systems’ solutions to customer business objectives.
Ensure successful outcomes and long-term value realization.
Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline.
Track key account metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or SaaS sales
Proven success in growing existing accounts and closing expansion deals
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, or Distribution
Familiarity with PIM, MDM, or data management solutions
Comfortable navigating CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and managing forecasts
Interest or experience in AI-driven use cases is a plus
Willingness to travel across North America as needed (50%+)
