Responsible for coordinating and driving digitalization projects
Evaluates existing operational processes and drives continuous improvement in line with the IT service strategy

A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Strong technical knowledge of common web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.
Experience delivering high-quality services with a focus on SLAs/performance standards
Experience building lean, efficient processes
Focus on usability and the ability to empathize with users
Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
