Set and lead the creation of project experience deliverables and general project vision/strategy.
Create and manage project deliverables, including but not limited to experience audits, user research documentation, wireframes, clickable prototypes, functional annotations, experience strategic thinking, customer journeys, and sketches
Collaborate with project managers, account leads, creative leads and other executives or key stakeholders to set project goals
Effectively provide support and drive alignment in applying consumer needs, brand guidelines, and strategic insights
Maintain design standards and guidelines for individual projects, including ensuring consistency and user-friendly solutions
Contribute and critique design work with the creative teams daily, offering and taking constructive feedback
Utilize and advocate for human-centered design process and thinking; driving user-centered strategies in design and interaction suggestion
Research and stay current in digital design trends, tools, and technologies within all industries, but especially the healthcare industry.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement including continued learning opportunities for team
Lead presentations and communication to clients and internal teams
Mentor and manage mid-level and junior designers on the experience team
Requirements
5-7 years experience in creating and designing complex digital products/experiences
Interest in healthcare and medicine
Excellent design aesthetic
Deep knowledge of ADA guidelines
Ability to work well in a team setting/environment
Self-directed and comfortable working with ambiguity and uncertainty
Strong verbal communication skills; strong writing and composition abilities
Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excited about changing the landscape and finding creative solutions
An eye for pixel perfect design and careful attention to detail.
