Develop appropriate assessment and service solutions across multiple platforms and technologies for CDW customers
Collaborate with customers, delivery teams, and internal sales to offer consultative guidance, plan sales strategy, and author statements of work (SOWs)
Analyze technical and competitive considerations, uncover customer long-term goals and requirements, and craft solutions
Maintain strategic relationships with Customers and Internal Sales & Delivery management
Maintain relationships with Key strategic partners by maintaining technical certifications required by CDW
Grow influence in assigned territory by high levels of engagement with vendors/partners/customers
Act as a subject matter expert in multiple families of products and solutions, providing contributions to marketing approved online activities
Drive outreach initiatives, technical enablement projects, coaching, and mentoring for other SAs, Solution Executives, and Field Sellers
Mentoring and coaching of Solution Architects around best practices to engage with coworkers and customers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight years in technical, pre-sales, or post-sale delivery role
Motivated, self-starting, and able to independently perform high quality work with minimal guidance
Industry knowledge and domain expertise in architecture, products, technologies, and solutions offered by the company
Team collaboration and leadership, able to work effectively in a team, lead technical discussions, and influence decision-making
Customer-focused approach with excellent communication and presentation skills
Solution design and problem-solving skills, skilled in analyzing complex problems and providing tailored solutions
Willingness to travel up to 25% or as needed.
