4-year College/University Degree preferred or equivalent experience and clinical and or digital expertise.
MBA preferred.
Min 10 years successful sales record in ophthalmology capital equipment or surgical disposables/equipment.
Demonstrable Practice Management Knowledge.
Teaching Skills and Experience.
Experience covering Academic Centers, working with faculty, staff, students, residents, and fellows.
Clinical knowledge of ophthalmic diagnostics and surgical.
Conceptual knowledge of and ability to create awareness/excitement for Full ZEISS portfolio.
Exceptional Presentation Skills.
Understanding of Connectivity and Digital Ecosystem.
Ability to interface with Executive Level Customers both clinical and non-clinical.
Understanding of and experience with PE and Key Accounts.
