Implement targeted customer retention measures (e.g., campaigns) and optimize service processes
Support (Key) Account Managers in the sales process with clinical and technical expertise
Create tailored product configurations, service models (including upgrades to the installed base) and pricing proposals
Prepare quotations and sell products, updates, upgrades and consumables to existing customers
Present offers and conduct negotiations — together with the (Key) Account Manager or independently
Conduct product demonstrations and trainings and transfer knowledge to physicians, nurses, biomedical technicians and colleagues
Develop coordinated sales strategies within the team, perform needs analyses and forecasts
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in healthcare or health services
Extensive clinical experience in the medical field
Very good knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows
Ideally experience in the medical capital goods/medical devices sector, IT, or a clinical/medical environment
A completed degree (technical, business administration, medical) is desirable but not required
Ideally good knowledge of reimbursement structures in the German healthcare system
Persuasive, reliable manner with a strong sales orientation
Willingness to relocate to the assignment area (North and East Germany)
