Responsible for managing the portfolio of IT initiatives
Ensure alignment with business strategy and optimal resource utilization
Facilitate portfolio governance processes
Collaborate with program/project managers to ensure successful project execution
Identify and mitigate portfolio risks
Monitor and report on portfolio performance
Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
8+ years of experience in portfolio, demand or enterprise initiative management
Required experience in Portfolio Management / Demand Management
Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritization frameworks, and value-based decision making
Ability to operate in ambiguous, transformational environments
High level of stakeholder management and influence
Strong communication skills
Experience using portfolio/project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps)
