Role Overview
- Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)
- Arrange and book domestic and international business travel
- Must have GDS experience in Sabre
- Communicate effectively with customers over various channels
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while adhering to travel policies
- Work individually and as a team to meet specific goals
Requirements
- Previous 5 years of experience in travel (preferably business travel)
- Understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel
- Native GDS expertise in Sabre
- Professional communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
- Resolving customer issues quickly and independently
- Teamwork and openness to feedback
