Engage with customers via email to address their inquiries and concerns.
Be a trusted guide and partner to thousands of teachers and parents.

Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our support resources and procedures.

Requirements
Full-time availability for 16 weeks: July 1
October 16, 2026.
Ability to work 40 hours per week with flexibility to accommodate up to 5 hours of overtime per week.
Must be available for shifts 8 AM
5 PM ET, 10 AM
7 PM ET, or Noon
9 PM ET.
Willingness to potentially cover weekend shifts if needed.
Experience in fast-paced customer-facing positions.
Ability to independently assess and prioritize support requests.
Must have a service mindset and be motivated by helping people.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Must adapt quickly to new technology.
Highly adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity.
