Role Overview
- Manage the portfolio of IT initiatives
- Lead prioritization efforts and facilitate governance forums
- Monitor portfolio performance through financial and delivery metrics
- Collaborate with program/project managers and business stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risks
- Track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of experience in portfolio, demand or enterprise initiative management
- Required experience in Portfolio Management / Demand Management
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritization frameworks, and value-based decision making
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, transformational environments
- High level of stakeholder management and influence
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience using portfolio/project tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, Azure DevOps)
