Provide ongoing Account Management to assigned clients, representing EveryMatrix and taking full ownership of your portfolio.
Manage in an efficient and timely manner all operational issues that impact the smooth delivery of the service to clients.
Act as an internal advocate for the client.
Assure the confidence of your clients and build long-term relationships.
Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reporting, and provide insights with recommendations and strategy/focus points to your clients.
Manage and ensure an educated delivery of premium content releases with all clients to maximize exposure including collaborating with internal teams.
Support the product pipeline prioritization from a commercial value perspective, and contribute to decisions concerning the continuous improvement of EveryMatrix products and services, providing input where necessary from an overarching commercial strategy perspective.
Be literate and curious with regards to data, run tracking, reporting and analysis of KPIs.
Support the marketing efforts of the division and ensuring your clients are in the know with all relevant activity.
Assist Finance and Legal with client documentation.
Monitor market trends and have a general overview of what products are good in different regions of the world and present this internally driving action.
Availability to travel frequently to attend industry events and meet existing clients. As well, a quarterly presence in Bucharest will be necessary.
Requirements
Genuine interest in online gaming and a good understanding of the industry.

A minimum of 2 years experience within the industry, ideally within a relationship management or commercial role.
